Please ship your materials to arrive between Monday, June 16, and Friday, June 20, between the hours of 7:30AM and 3:00PM PT.
Please arrange for pick up at the same location either on Friday, June 27, or Monday, June 30. Pick up hours for return shipments from our Shipping and Receiving Department are between 9:00AM to 3:00PM PT. We will arrange transportation between our Shipping and Receiving Department and the building where the symposium will be held.
Shipping company drivers are required to be US citizens in order to drive onto NASA Ames Research Center. We recommend shipping exhibit materials via FedEx, FedEx Freight, or UPS. These carriers are known to Ames and use drivers who are US citizens. We cannot be sure that any other carriers used can gain access to the center.
